Parts of it may be packed separately and the trimmer assembled by the consumer before use. In this event assembly must be simple (requiring no specialised tools or undue strength) and quick (not taking more than ten minutes). Full instructions for assembly must be provided.

Instructions for use, care and maintenance of the trimmer must be included in the packing.
