• the static load [ability to withstand static (or nearly so) loads, see ISO 76 (1987)],
• the dynamic load [ability to withstand loads at speed, see ISO 281/1 (1977)],
• the speed,
• the required life.

This information should be available in the PDS for the system of which the bearing is a component. Care should be taken that shock loads are minimised or, if significant, are not ignored.
